Illumi-Nation global
I co-founded Illumi-Nation Global, Inc. in 2023 with cousins and colleagues. “Illumi” is a Washington, D.C.-based 501c3 nonprofit organization established to support educational and socioeconomic development projects. Illumi’s first project is to engage the Lebanese diaspora and others in a solar energy initiative, village-by-village. As an American with Lebanese parts, I thank you for your interest in this work. Prior to co-founding Illumi, I consulted under the brand “Civil Strategies,” researching and practicing a wide variety of cross-cultural educational and sustainable development programs. I focused on evidence-based policy and programs through democratic governance and citizen participation and continue to vote for the planet. Illumi is a sharpening of that focus on supporting the effort to decarbonize the atmosphere of my heritage country and beyond.
